Services Provided
Fresh Lot Pros agrees to provide routine litter removal services for commercial parking lots as outlined in the service agreement. Services include the pickup and disposal of visible litter such as paper, cups, cans, and small debris from parking areas, landscaped islands, and curbs.
Service Schedule
Services will be rendered on the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, or as requested). Fresh Lot Pros reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to inclement weather or holidays, with notice given to the client.
Access and Safety
Clients must ensure that Fresh Lot Pros personnel have access to the service area during the agreed times. The area should be free from hazards or unsafe conditions. Any known safety concerns must be reported to Fresh Lot Pros in advance.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 5% may apply to overdue balances. Services may be paused for accounts more than 30 days past due.
Liability and Insurance
Fresh Lot Pros is insured and will take reasonable care in performing services. However, Fresh Lot Pros is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or obstructions not disclosed by the client.
Service Limitations
Our services do not include pressure washing, graffiti removal, snow removal, or hazardous waste disposal unless separately contracted. Oversized items or illegal dumping incidents may incur additional charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Invoices must be paid in full for services rendered up to the termination date.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must notify Fresh Lot Pros of any changes to property access, business hours, or contact details. It is also the client’s responsibility to inform of special events that may affect service.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
Modifications
These Terms and Conditions may be modified with written agreement by both parties.
